11-26-08.Mayor F.Schorr, Is it possible to obtain a statement from the City that the City of LHP does not acknowledge or participate in Court Ordered Injunctions or specifically this one?There is the possibility of assistance with the required process without LHP,employees,etc., participation,but it is inevitably asked why there was not participation before or after the required process,both periods lengthy.Thank you.

Please be reminded that when this residency hired its first Atty.,it was being screamed at up to 8-10 hrs.a day,that along with the banging,trespassing,threatening,harassing,etc.,by four people.
And, that had already gone on for over a year and a half.
And, that was after years of putting up with the S/Ws' horrific family fighting amongst themselves before they targeted us, which contined while they were targeting us..
And that was after the S/Ws just took 3 ft.of this property between the garages out to 35 Ct.,mowed it and used it as their own,and called the police if this residency even tried to mow the remaining property.This also gave them closer proximity to harass anyone in this driveway or in the north part of the backyard although they exceeded 3 ft when they did that.
What does one do in LHP who does not have $30,000.00 plus to try and stop this?
And what does one do in LHP who does not particularly want to spend $30,000.00 plus to try and stop this?That certainly is the case here.
This is standard law enforcement policy practiced in any other city.There was plenty of opportunity to correct this without making it a resident's financial burden.
Cmdr.M.Oh should not still be working.
In the beginning,Hawkins/Oh policy, when I was still naively actually going to the station trying to get help,I talked to then,Ofc.C.Oh and Det.L.Hawkins directly,at the same time, together about this as they were working together.It does not seem that these three people didn't talk to each other as this city is not that big and the situation was well known.
Whatever scurrying around is being done to clear this up on paper won't be accomplished,as the basic problem was never stopped, just overwhelmingly reinforced and made worse,the reasons inexplicable,unprofessional,and with no excuse.What will be accomplished is the fact that that's what still being done about it.
From this end,this residency still cannot be used in any normal way and too much money was spent.Thank you.

Is the city's posturing on the S/Ws' situation, the S/Ws receive continual backing and protection from salaried city employees while this residency puts up with it and continues to pay to try to control it, final? There is a certain five year situation kept current by the S/Ws' anctics and city employee involvement. Chief Licata seemed to size up enfor.'s position in his letter to me. Is it possible for a conclusionary statement fom Cmdr.M.Oh on the process of police reports necessary to proceed with the Sett.Agree.Violations as this has been thwarted and evasive by policy? The S/Ws' bravado with the Violations after the Sett.Agree.is still unacceptable as was their behavior before it. 11-16-08.Mayor F.Schorr,
The lull and the normalcy of the last six days,no cd technique or other harassment, has been greatly appreciated. However, this is something everyone else has in general and did not have to email the entire city for close to a year to get.There is also the reality that it could at anytime start up again supported by law enfor.,causing more time and expense to stop.This residency is not and still cannot be used in any normal way.
It is still unfair and unethical that this residency had to spend so much time and expense to try and stop this situation and this salaried low grade law enfor. Commander M.Oh should not be still actively employed. No one this belligerent and this wrong for that many years would be continuing elsewhere,even if he does a complete turnaround due to no other option,after the fact.
When Chief Licata was made aware of this situation over three years ago, he should have immediately stopped it.And this residency should have,at a minimum,been reimbursed,not forced to do more.
This situation needs to be accurately reviewed.
The City's long and continued posturing on this issue is without excuse and is definitely character defining.
This situation was also just too uncivilized,especially coming from a city that continually tries to expouse such a civilized image.
